1. General

By purchasing from MechanicFigure you agree to these terms. MechanicFigure is an Australian owned and operated business selling motorized mechanical building kits.

2. Products

All MechanicFigure kits include building pieces, motors, and a guidebook. Products are intended for ages 12 and above due to small parts and mechanical components. MechanicFigure is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group or any other building block manufacturer.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. MechanicFigure reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

5. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Standard Parcel and Express Post. Delivery times are estimates only and MechanicFigure is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.

6. Intellectual Property & Product Sourcing

All MechanicFigure product designs, product names, logos, and guidebooks are the intellectual property of MechanicFigure. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Our mechanical building kits are manufactured and imported from China. MechanicFigure is responsible for the quality, branding, and distribution of all products sold through this website. MechanicFigure is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group or any other building block manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability

MechanicFigure is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from incorrect assembly or misuse of the product.

Our Commitment

MechanicFigure is committed to delivering high quality products. If something isn't right and it is our fault, we will make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives visibly damaged due to shipping or handling
  • You received the wrong item

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly or misuse
  • Products that have been partially or fully assembled
  • Requests submitted without an unboxing video
  • Minor piece discrepancies โ€” each kit includes spare pieces provided by the manufacturer to cover this

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a refund, customers are required to film an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This video serves as evidence of the product's condition upon delivery and must be submitted along with your refund request.

Please note: Refund requests submitted without an unboxing video cannot be processed under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved you do not need to return the product. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please Note

MechanicFigure reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not meet the above conditions or where evidence of misuse or incorrect assembly is present.

What We Collect

When you use MechanicFigure, we may collect the following information:

  • Your name and delivery address โ€” to fulfil your order
  • Your email address โ€” if you create an account or request a tax invoice
  • Your username โ€” if you create an account

We do not store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. MechanicFigure never sees or stores your card number.

How We Use It

Your information is used solely to:

  • Process and fulfil your order
  • Send you a tax invoice if requested
  • Respond to your support enquiries

Who We Share It With

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. Australia Post for delivery). Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers located in Australia (ap-southeast-2). We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access.
